Open your Heart

UPDATE! Thanks to the teams, sponsors, auction donors, volunteers, friends and family who made our Sept. 24, 2011 fundraiser a success! Please visit our Thank You page to view the full list of supporters. Because of you, we raised over $20,000 for Patti!

Patti Ludwig suffered a traumatic brain injury in July 2010 when she was struck by a car while crossing the street. After a partial left frontal lobotomy, Patti has beat the odds to improve to where she is today. However, she still requires supervision 24 hours per day, regular physical and speech therapy and a list of many other medical needs. She recently moved home under the care of her husband Bruce of 37 years, with her three children hoping for a recovery beyond expectations.

Join us on Saturday, September 24, 2011 for a benefit golf tournament and auction. The money raised will be directly used for Patti’s ongoing care. The 8 a.m. golf event will be an 18-hole scramble-style tournament on Hood River’s Indian Creek Golf Course with it’s stunning double mountain views. Non-golfers are welcome to join the group at noon for the lunch and auction. Team registration and lunch tickets must be reserved by September 10. Browse the website to sign-up a team, dream about auction items, learn about contribution opportunities or read more about Patti’s amazing story.

There are many ways to help. Thank you for opening your heart for Patti.
